Writing & Mindfulness Workshop
This threehour workshop is for anyone who wishes to cultivate a healthier relationship to themselves. Through mindfulness practices, gentle seated yoga, breathwork and meditation, combined with guided journaling and writing prompts, you will be invited to tap into multiple layers of your relationship with yourself. Please bring a pen and paper to the event.
Marie-Christine Alberts is a research associate at the University of Freiburg, pursuing a PhD on travel diaries. Caroline Young has been teaching yoga and other mindfulness practices and writing about wellness for over 12 years, and working as a registered dietitian for 6 years.
The event will be held in English, but you can write in any language you prefer.
