Lillelørdag: Europe 1300
Join us for a playful journey into medieval Europe with stories, music, creative workshops, and sweet treats.
The program includes an Italian biscuit workshop (canestrelli), a painting workshop, and family storytelling activities. Some activities take place in Italian or French, always alongside Norwegian, making them accessible to all.
This Lillelørdag is part of Europa 1300, a multidisciplinary two day event exploring Italian, French, and Nordic culture in the 14th century.
It is the second collaboration between CANTA and Litteraturhuset this year, following New York-skolen 1950 in January and ahead of BossaFest in September, as part of CANTAfest, a series of thematic weekends.
All verdens eventyr is a series that invites children to travel around the world through stories, discovering what is told in different cultures and climates.
